Willis Heim

Willis Heim, Jr., age 49, of Fairview, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015.

He was born in Erie, on December 5, 1965, a son Willis Heim, Sr. of Girard and the late Patricia Willie Heim.

After graduation from Girard High School in 1985, Willis enlisted in the U.S Navy. He then worked in the manufacturing industry as a laborer. He was a big outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing. Willis was a Steelers fan and avid bowler and belonged to the Brothers Association. He was also a member of Lake Erie Lodge 374 F. & F.A.M. and Zem Zem Temple Shrine.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his father in law, George Foringer.

Willis is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jenifer Foringer Heim; his children: Cody and his wife Christine, John and his girlfriend Susan Wallace, Sarah and her boyfriend John Stuczynski and Scott Heim, all of Fairview; a brother, Doug Heim and his wife Jacklyn of Girard; four grandchildren; other step siblings; and his mother in law, Virginia Foringer of Girard.
