William Tingle, Jr.

William A. Tingle, Jr., a.k.a. BJ and Andrew Bullock, age 34, passed away at his residence February 18, 2022.  He was born in Pomona, NJ June 11, 1987 to Carol-lynn Bullock and William A. Tingle.

William grew up in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, VA and was educated in Virginia Public Schools and attended Vocation school, studying Cisco.  He moved to Erie, PA in 2020 and was self-employed as a Computer Technician.  He studied the Bible, although not affiliated with any specific religion.  William was actively involved with the Toastmaster and Landmark organizations.  He loved cooking and eating, video games and movies.  William enjoyed helping others and making them his friends.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mildred McGriff Bullock-Gibbs and Woodrow N. Bullock, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Charles and Mary McCombs; uncle, William Bullock and adopted brother, Shawn Spears.

In addition to his parents, William is survived by his sisters, Christine Lewis-Coker (Arnold), of Lawnside, NJ and Veronica Tingle, of Camden, NJ; sister-cousin, Courtney Gordy, of Hammonton, NJ; aunts, Phyllis C. Gordy, of Buena Vista Twp., NJ and Deborah Bartley, of Austin, TX; uncles, Robert Bullock, of Richmond, VA, Woodrow “Skip” Bullock, of Camden, NJ, and Tyrone McCombs (Katrina), of Woolwich Twp.  Further surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his adopted family, Angelia Williams, Thomas Bialowas, Shawn Forbs, Phillip Roth and many others.
