William Graham

William A. “DeeDae”, Graham Jr., age 67 of Erie, died on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at his residence following a lengthy illness.

Born in Houston, Miss. On June 14, 1947, he was the son of the late William A. Graham, Sr. and Maudie Moffatt Graham.

He served in the U.S. Armed Forces, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 36 years.

William loved his grandchildren and enjoyed his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley A. Graham-Gaines, and Joan Graham-Robinson.

Survivors include a son Damon A. Graham; three daughters Lisa, Chalayna and Tiqua Graham, a brother Terry Graham (Jackie) and a sister Felicia Graham-Taylor (Gregory). A very close cousin who is more like a sister, Patsy Barnett of Atlanta, Ga. and friend Flora Mills of Rochester, NY also survive.

Friends may call at Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. on Wednesday from 5 pm until 7 pm, and are invited to the funeral service there on Thursday at 11 am with Reverend Willie Harris officiating.

Burial in Erie Cemetery.
