William Mark Cullers, age 61, of Girard, PA, was called home on Thursday, April 10th, 2014, at UPMC Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was born in Erie County on August 6, 1953, son of the late Ward Adrian Cullers and Minnie Ann Ash Copeland.
He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1972 and served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in April 1978. He was employed as a machinist at PHB Machining for many years. In 2006, he graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in criminal justice and was employed at Presque Isle Downs and Casino before retiring. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who was always most at peace when he was in the woods. He enjoyed trap shooting and was a member of the Albion Sportsmens Club.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jared William Cullers; and his ex-wife and best friend, LaRae Jean Cullers.
He is survived by his three children, Emily Pacansky and her husband, Jeff, of Girard, PA, Beth Nine and her husband, Adam, of West Springfield, PA, and Hank Cullers and his husband, Derek, of Buffalo, NY. He leaves behind his beloved grandsons, Mason Cullers and Blake Nine, whom he loved more than life itself. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
