Vivian Leigh Karuba

Vivian Leigh Karuba, age 61 of Erie passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 11, 2024 from natural causes. She was born October 26, 1962 in Erie the daughter of the late Mark and Nancy (Simon) Karuba. 

Vivian had worked in early child care development and was known for her kind heart.

She was a member of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Kevin Karuba who died in 2018.

Vivian is survived by her wonderful children; son Dillon and daughter Hannah, whom she cherished, as they did their mom. She is also survived by a brother Mark Karuba of Erie and a sister Marcia Karuba of Pittsburgh, PA along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends are invited to call at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity, 251 E. Front St. on Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and are invited to attend Funeral Services there Friday at 9:00 am Burial will be in St. John the Divine cemetery.
