Erie, PA

Treva passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 12, 2024. She was born on December 28th to the late Charles and Margaret (Huyck) Farrell.

As a child, Treva loved spending time in the country at Grandma Coyle’s farm, often sharing stories with her family of the simpler times and how much fun that was had with very little.

St. Pat's quickly became a second home as Treva managed bi-weekly BINGO for decades until the closing of St. Patrick's Josephinium.

As a teenager, she worked at Antone's Grocery store. She also worked at GTE, Villa Maria College Dining Hall, Erie Day School cafeteria until her retirement.

Treva enjoyed card games, baking, lunches with the "lunch bunch", sewing and raising many dogs over the years.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John; three sisters, Janet Bindsiel, Karen Selleny and Mary (Georges) Garinther and a brother, Tim (Clare) Farrell.
