T’Quan Rickarri Vaughn “Q”, age 17, of Erie, relocated his spirit from this world, Thursday, April 6, 2023. He came to bless the lives of his parents, Theodore Vaughn III, and Rickieta Sanders, on Saturday, December 31, 2005.
Quan was an old soul that was full of so much childhood innocence and zest to enjoy life. He attended Midland Elementary School, and attends Erie High School and PA Cyber School while he worked at Tops Friendly Markets. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; playing basketball, and playing NBA 2K religiously. T’Quan loved music and dancing, recording videos with his brother Theonie, and songs with his brother Theodore and his best friends. T’Quan was the guy that gave a piece of himself to everyone he came in contact with, “Mr. Everybody’s Homie”. T’Quan was a cool dude, funny and down to earth, a replica of his dad, just purely genuine. Let’s not forget how much he loved Taco Bell, “food for champions” he would say. He was such a blessing to have loved and known him.
T'Quan is preceded in death by his beloved grandad Ricky C. Sanders Sr. “Slick Rick”, great grandad Richard Charles Sanders “Buddy Boy”, great grandmothers Rosetta Gillespie, Vera Tate, and Gloria Vaughn. He is further preceded in death by his great uncles, “Piggy” Taylor, Willie James Sanders, and his great aunts, Thelma, and Dot.
His spirit will forever reign through his mother Rickieta Sanders, father Theodore Vaughn III, stepfather Jamar Canady, and stepmother Amber Bennett. He is survived by his siblings, Dapree Vaughn, Dajari Harris, Theodore Vaughn, Theonie Vaughn, T’Jean Vaughn, Richae Vaughn, Abriauna Vaughn, Layvion Canady, Riyauna Canady, Janiyah Canady, King Canady, Zion Canady, and Kareem Canady. He is survived by his grandfather Theodore Vaughn Jr. (Nikki Tookes), grandmother Velda Vaughn (Mike Salter), and grandmother Rosemary James. T’Quan is further survived by his aunts Natasha Baskin (David Anthony), Daniela “Dani” Copple (Andrew Copple), uncles Antonio Vaughn (Tierra Clinton), Braxten Vaugh (Jessica Hope), uncle Fluke, and Snyfa. god parents, Chris and Tiarra Jackson, his god siblings Aiyauna Anderson, Calvin Jackson, Christopher Jackson Jr., his best friends; Marco, Sin, Maurice “Reese”, De-Anthony “D Ant”, Dashawn “Day Day”, Kara, Christy, Somara, and many more relatives and friends.
