Timothy Oliver Dailey (Tod), age 83, peacefully passed on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
He was born in Erie on March 4, 1939 to the late Harold J. Dailey and Catherine Elizabeth (Kenney) Dailey.
He graduated from Strong Vincent High School in 1957.
In his younger years, he worked for PA Myeres, where he gained his exceptional skills as a salesman, motivating him to start his own company, Dailey Supply Inc.
He enjoyed socializing with his family and friends, golfing, traveling, playing cards, hunting and watching college football-Go IRISH! He shared words of wisdom to all-especially to the friends of Bill W. He was known as “Poppy” to his grandchildren. He was loved and will be missed-a life well lived. Thank-you for guiding us through… We love you.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Dailey; and a sister Nancy Sweeny.
He is survived by his daughter Maureen Winschel (Michael); two grandchildren Lauren and Timothy, two brothers Robert Dailey (Nancy); James Dailey (Grace); brother-in-law Ray (Anne). He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street. Private burial in Calvary Cemetery.
