Thomas Leonard Dailey age 81 of Erie, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Fairview Manor.
He was born in Erie, on September 27, 1936, a son of the late Michael and Jeanne Donovan Dailey.
Tom was a graduate of Cathedral Prep and Gannon University. He served in the United States Airforce during the Korean War.
He had been a member of the Erie Runners Club, enjoyed running, biking, and hunting. He was a wonderful photographer and loved his dogs. He was also an accomplished marksman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Dever Dailey in 1990.
Tom his survived by his children: son, Shawn (Barb) Dailey; two daughters, Bridgitte Wolf (Troy Crowther) and Erin (Paul) Cousins, all of Erie; a brother, Mike (Patty) Dailey; a sister, Elizabeth Solvedt; seven grandchildren: Morgan and Ryan Dailey, Dalton and Taylor Baughman, Mason Wolf, Katie and Dominic Nucerino; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th St. (at Powell Ave) on Friday from 3p.m. to 7p.m. Private burial in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
