Thomas L. Brandt, Sr., of Erie, died at his residence on March 12, 2015.
He was born in Erie on March 20, 1939, the son of the Late Rodger and Charlotte Pynch Brandt.
Tom, as an employee of the Warren Company, retired as Fabrication Manager.
As a veteran, he served two tours of duty with the Army.
Tom enjoyed karaoke, tractor pulling, and cooking. He loved life, and his family meant everything to him. His family and friends will cherish the gifts that he made using his great talent for woodworking. As a fan of karaoke, "Ouzo" entertained us all. Get dressed, Ouzo!
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Lois; sisters, Beatrice Yusko, Catherine Hecker, and Eleanor Sammarco; and brother, Rodger Brandt.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Cindy Brocious Brandt; daughter Vicki Kosubuki (Dan); sons, Thomas L. Brandt, Jr. (Bonnie), Mark Brandt (Cathy), Ricky Brandt (Marie); and a brother Robert Brandt (June), all of Erie. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
