Theresa Kocon

Theresa “Teri” Michelle Kocon age 68, went to be with the Lord Saturday, April 18, 2015 surrounded by family and friends.

Teri loved cooking, shopping, Waldameer and all animals, especially her dog Willow and cat George. She loved to have fun, and was blessed to have many wonderful friends and exceptional caregivers.

Teri is survived by her daughters; Mary Casane and her partner Julie Meyer, and Kimberly A. Bowers; two grandchildren, Holly and Ryan Bowers; her sister, Joan Ritenour and a brother, Joseph (Diane) Kocon. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Teri was preceded in death by her parents John and Caroline Kocon.

A private memorial will be held at a future date to be announced.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 W 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.

In memory of Teri, contributions may be made to the ANNA Shelter 1555 E. 10th Street, Erie, PA 16511 or to the family in care of Burton Westlake Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
