Terrence Tome

Terrence N. “Terry” Tome age 41, of Erie, died quietly at home of natural causes on Friday, January 8, 2016. He was born in Erie on March 13, 1974 a son of O. Ronald Tome and Patricia McCormick. He was a 1992 graduate of McDowell High School and worked at Lowes in Erie after serving in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Ora and Eleanor Tome and his maternal grandfather, Joseph A. McCormick. In addition to his parents, Terry is survived by his step mother, Sharon Tome of Erie and his maternal grandmother, Thelma McCormick also of Erie. He leaves many aunts and uncles; Donald Sommer and Judi McCormick of Erie, Gene and Carol Tome of Meadville, Pa., John and Olga Tome, Lois Tome and John and Lois Cermak all of Erie. Several cousins also remain. Services were private under the care of Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 West 10th Street, Erie, Pa. 16502.
