Tayvon Williamson

Tayvon Anthony Williamson, age 7 months, of Erie, passed away March 25, 2016 at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was born August 24, 2015 to parents Anthony Williamson and Quaushia Bolden of Erie, PA.

“Tay Tay” or “Vonnie” was a special baby with a strong, stubborn attitude. He loved to laugh and play with his brothers and sister and children overall. He loved to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks, bounce in his bouncer and play with the little fish. Tay Tay had a smile that would melt your heart. If you were having a bad day, he would change your whole day. His eyes sparkled like little diamonds. Tay Tay’s life was a brief gift to us that will live on. Tay Tay will live on, because he shared a part of himself as an organ donor. On the same day he received his little angel wings from God, he helped a baby survive. Our little Tay Tay is a “HERO,” and we are thankful!

Tayvon was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Robert Earl Williamson.

He is survived by his parents and is further survived by three brothers; Nyon Bolden, Anthony Williamson, Jr. and D’Anthony Williamson; one sister, La’Niya Williamson; his paternal grandparents Carla` (Darryll) Miles, of Pittsburgh, PA and Antonio (Dorsan) Harris; his maternal grandparents Shenetta Jones and Antonio Bolden; his paternal great grandmother, Carolyne “Ninny” Crawford; and his Maternal great grandparents, Betty Jones and Tayann Bolden and a special cousin, Alice Bumper; Aunts, Cierre` Inge, of Pittsburgh, PA, Araya` Inge of Akron, OH and Dysire Harris of Erie, PA; Uncles Eric Inge II of Pittsburgh, PA, Antonio Harris, Jr., Quayvon Harris and Quale Harris, all of Erie; Aunts, Daprieshia and Antonieshia Bolden; and Uncle Emarion Blue.
