Tammy Kay Morgan, age 58 of Erie passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, while vacationing in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
She was born in Erie on June 2, 1965.
Tammy was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State Behrend College.
For over 18 years Tammy was the Manager of the Knights of St. John where she oversaw the daily operations of the club. She was a caring and compassionate person, always willing to help anyone in their time of need. She loved to travel, whether it be to the sun and pool in Punta Cana or bus trips to Geneva on the Lake. She loved being a grandmother and worshipped the ground her grandkids walked on. Tammy was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan.
She was a member of the Knights of St. Johns, the National Club and the Knights of St. George. She will be greatly missed by her children, her family, her friends and members of the club.
In addition to her parents Daniel and Kathryn Joseph, she was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Empey.
She is survived by a son, Daniel Henry (Katelynn) and a daughter, Tiffany Wilson (Tyree); three grandchildren, Jordan and Jarred Henry and Lanaya Spearman; a brother, Charles Snider (Sandra) and two sisters, Tina Rapela (Stephen) and Yvonne Guerriero (Daniel) and Several nieces and nephews; Best friends, David Bertges, Michele Callahan, Lisa Syzmecki and many other great friends also survive.
Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Service, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 11:30 until the time of service at 12:30pm with Rev. Michael DeMartinis officiating.
