Tabitha Conner infant daughter of Richard Conner and Mary Wann passed away at birth on November 27, 2016 at St. Vincent Health Center. In addition to her parents and grandparents Tabitha is survived by many brothers and sisters who she is waiting to meet some day. Private services were handled by Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 West Tenth Street, Erie, PA 16502. Memorials may be made to the family C/O Burton Funeral Home.
