Suzanne Neth

Suzanne C. Neth, age 82, of Erie, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at UPMC Hamot. She was born in Erie on May 22, 1938 to the late Oscar W. and Lucretia Tell Neth. Suzanne graduated from Academy High school, before earning degrees from Penn State Behrend and Erie Business Center. Sue was employed at UPMC Hamot for over 30 years and was the supervisor for the X-Ray department.   

She is survived by her siblings, Robert C. Neth (Debbie), Kathy Martin (Randy), and David Neth, of Chicago. Suzanne is further survived by her nephews and nieces Rob Neth, Kim Sprickman (Dave), Emily Staub (Nate), and two grand nephews, Mason Sprickman and Connor Sprickman.

Suzanne was a member of Table of Grace United Methodist Church (Formerly Simpson Methodist), she played the guitar, fiddle, and dulcimer in many bands, including: The Goodell Garden String Band, Waterford Bob Henry Jam, The Spring Creek Fiddlers, Hotafest, The Wednesday Afternoon Acoustic Jams, in Edinboro, Crook Farm, in Bradford, The Riverside Inn, in Cambridge Springs and Misery Bay Dulcimer Club of Erie.

Arrangements are entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Service Inc. Wintergreen. 2532 Norcross Road, Erie.

Due to Covid-19 a celebration of life service will be held in the summer of 2021 at the discretion of the family.
