Susan Hoffmann

Susan Stewart Hoffmann, age 78, of Lake City, passed away, Sunday September 2, 2018 at her residence.

She was born in Sewickley, PA on May 18, 1940, the daughter of the late Willard Stewart, M.D. and LaRue Myers Stewart.

She was a graduate of Pleasantville High School and attended Erie Business Center.

Susan had been a machinist at Jackburn Manufacturing, Inc.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Albert Hoffmann in 1989,

Susan is survived by two sisters, Sarah St. Clair and her husband Thomas of Sewickley, PA, and Joyce Haycock and her husband Michael, of Embrun Ontario, Canada.  She is further survived by four nieces and several great nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East, Girard, on Thursday from 11am until the time of a brief prayer service at 12noon.

Burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
