Susan Clark

Susan “Susie” Andrews Clark age 66, of Erie, and formerly of Hudson, MI, and Los Angeles, CA, died Thursday, February 2, 2017 from complications of Alzheimer’s disease.

She was born in Erie on November 5, 1950, a daughter of Nancy Bacon Andrews and the late Truman O. Andrews.

She is remembered in Michigan for her choreographing and dancing in theatre productions at the Croswell Opera House, teaching Aerobics and playing bridge. She was an Executive Legal Secretary for the Law firm of Cislo & Thomas in Santa Monica, CA and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant in Erie.

Loved by all who knew her, Susie’s kindness, generosity and friendship were expressed through her creative projects, which she shared with everyone. She ran two Los Angeles Marathons and has an extensive Teddy Bear collection.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carrolle Flanagan.

She is survived by her mother, her husband Kevin M. Clark, presently of Erie; her sons, Adam Trott and his wife Valerie of Jackson, MI, Ian Trott and his wife Louisa and their children, Quinn, Emory, Logan and Riley of Waukesha, WI; three sisters, Jean A. Wisniewski and her husband Don of Waterford, twin sisters, Sarah “Sally” Andrews and her husband Tien Le, and Rebecca Andrews and her husband Scott Shane all of Seattle, WA; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 W. 26th Street (at Powell Ave) on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and are invited to attend services there on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Timm High officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of Pleasant Ridge Manor, for use on the Alzheimer’s Wing, 8300 West Ridge Road, Girard, PA 16417.
