Stephen Johnson

Stephen A. Johnson, age 52 of Edinboro, PA passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, April 16, 2022.

He was born on April 14, 1970 in Baltimore, MD to Judith Dengle Johnson and the late Arthur Johnson, Jr.

Stephen graduated from Northwestern High School in 1988 and later graduated from Indiana University of PA with a Masters in Speech Pathology. He worked as a speech pathologist for over 20 years. He especially loved working with children and the elderly.

He was preceded in death by his father in 2019.

In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by a brother, Arthur III of Girard; aunt, Barbara Hickey of Harborcreek; uncle, Charles Dengle; a nephew, Joshua of Gloucester, VA; several cousins including, Michele Vahey and Christine Hickey, both of Harborcreek; and his dog Chance.

A private celebration of Stephen’s life will be held at the convenience of the family. He will be laid to rest with his father in Erie Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services at Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Rd. Erie, PA 16510.
