Shirley Schneider

Shirley (Reichert) Schneider, age 75, of Erie passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at her home. She was born July 20, 1942 in Erie the daughter of the late Raymond F. and Mary June McKay Reichert.

A lifelong resident of Erie, she was a member of St. Paul’s RC Church. She also belonged to the National Club and the Nuova Aurora club. Shirley was an avid golfer and tennis player in her early years.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Thomas C. Schneider and two brothers, Raymond F. Reichert, Jr. and Gerald McKay.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Theresa Schneider and a son, Daniel Schneider (Cindy Belczyk) all of Erie. She is also survived by her special granddaughter, Katharine Kibler who she was very proud of. She is the sister of Lucy (Paul) Shook of NJ and E. Joyce (Leonard) Langer of Erie along with many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the Quinn Funeral Home, West 9^th & Liberty St. on Friday from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at which time Funeral Services will be held. Burial will be private.
