Shirley Ramey

Shirley A. Ramey, age 89 of Fairview, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Sarah Reed Retirement Center.

She was born in Erie, PA on May 23, 1932, a daughter of the late William & Viola Skelly Hess.  Shirley was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and reading.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Philemon Ramey in 2001, and her son Kevin Ramey and daughter Debbie Rogers. 

Shirley is survived by her daughter Karen Agens of Girard, and her son Douglas Ramey of Conneaut, her grandchildren: Sue Gabel, Shannan Mattern, Leah Akam and Cindy Gorton, and her loving neighbors, Pat and Bruce Stoltz.

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Girard Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East Girard, PA.
