Sharon L. (Hetrick) Roemer

Sharon L. (Hetrick) Roemer, age 76, passed away on December 14, 2024, at Fairview Manor. She was born on June 1, 1948, in Erie to the late Leland and Marion (Cooper) Hetrick.

Sharon graduated from Thiel College in 1970 with a bachelor’s degree and went on to obtain a Certificate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She worked as a home health Physical Therapist for St. Vincent and Great Lakes Home Health. In her free time, Sharon enjoyed quilting. 

Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, Robert; sons, Nathan (April) and Benjamin (Crystal) Roemer; granddaughter, Sofie; siblings, Linda (Daniel) Miller of Spokane, WA, David (Sue) Hetrick of North East, and Dr. Richard (Mary) Hetrick of Erie. 

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service in Sharon’s memory on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2:00pm at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1002 Powell Ave., Erie, PA 16505.
