Sharon Costa

Sharon Costa, age 68, of Erie passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at her residence. She was born September 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Susan Lassoff.

She was an employee of Bonded Service for many years. Sharon loved enjoying her free time shopping, going to the casino, and spending time with her family that she cherished to death. She also enjoyed burning her candles.

In addition to her parents Nicholas G. Lassoff and Susan Lassoff, Sharon is preceded in death by her brother Nicholas G. Lassoff II, her sister Barbara Gromacki, and her son Chuck Costa.

Survivors include her son, Matthew Costa and his three children of Erie, her daughter Lisa Neimeic and her son in law Ronald Mickel and granddaughter Danika. She is further survived by her very special niece Serina Johnson (Shawn), her best friend Frank Soboleski, and her very best friend Debbie Schneider (Mark), and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank AHN Cancer Center, and LECOM VNA of Erie County, and also a very heart warming thank you to hospice Nurse Amy for all of the care, love, and support.

Family and friends are invited to call on the family Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 12:00 Noon until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Service Inc. Downtown, 602. W 10th Street, Erie.

Burial will be private at a later date.
