Samuel Perry

Samuel Arthur Perry died Friday, December 18, 2015.  Sam was a life-long resident of Erie, attended Erie schools and graduated from Edinboro University with a B.S. and M.Ed. in Elementary Education.  He spent his professional years as a teacher.

Sam enjoyed bowling, following Major League Baseball and playing keyboard.

Sam was the son of Kenneth A. Perry and Florence N. Perry (both deceased).  He is survived by his brothers, Kenneth C. Perry (Linda) of Jacksonville, FL and Atty. Donald W. Grieshober (Joy) of Edinboro, his sister, Joyce Groshans (Ed-deceased) of Tucson, AZ, and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.  Private interment will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to a children's charity of the donor's choice.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street.
