Sally Prazer

Sally Prazer, 90, died peacefully on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at The LECOM Senior Living Center in Erie.

Born July 10, 1931, Sally was the daughter of Fred and Agnes (Herbst) Hooper.

She is survived by four children and their spouses Raymond (Jane) DeMichael, Paul DeMichael, Susan (Robert) Herzog, John (Suzanne) DeMichael, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Al Hooper, Nancy (Hooper) McMahon, and loving son, David DeMichael.

Sally cherished her time as a member of Erie's Philharmonic Choir and delighted audiences as a frequent cast member of many Erie Playhouse community theater performances. As a Masters swimmer and 2004 inductee into the Erie County Aquatic Hall of Fame, Sally was the oldest participant in the 2011 Presque Isle Bay Swim. 

The family gratefully acknowledges the excellent care she received from the LECOM staff.
