Sally A. Buck

Sally Anna Lindy Buck, age 96, of Erie, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at her residence. 

She was born in Reynoldsville PA on August 12, 1928, to Harvey and Martha Brocious Lindy. 

She graduated from Millcreek High School in 1946. She retired from Johnson Control after 20 years. 

Sally was a lifetime member of Christ United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frederick E. Buck Sr.; her son, Dennis in 1999, as well as her siblings Joseph, Harvey, Jane and Donald.

Sally is survived by her 8 children: Fred Jr., Les, Richard (Karen), Jerry (Darlene), Chris (Suzette), Ken (Anne), Sally and Carol (Mark). She has 15 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild. She is also survived by her sister Elsie.

Private family visitation will be on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Private burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
