Ryan Thomas

Ryan “RT” Thomas, age 46, of Erie, PA passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020. Ryan was born on March 17, 1974 to Deborah Clinton and the late Alvin Pohl, and raised by Thomas Crumpler since the age of 1.  

Ryan was a talented artist and was also a skilled barber.  He was loved by many and enjoyed spending time with his children. He was a happy go lucky guy with a bubbly personality. 

He is survived by his parents Deborah Clinton and Thomas Crumpler; grandmother Hattie Barnett; sister ShaShanna Crumpler (Charlotte, NC), brother Brian Richmond; his children Damian, Dontae, Daquan, Khadijah, Ryanna, Ryan Jr.; nieces Kashayla and Sydney, nephew Khalil; 1 great nephew King; 3 grandkids, and  a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  

He was preceded in death by biological dad Alvin Pohl and grandparents, Barbara Thomas, Willie Thomas, James Lane, and Alvin Barnett Sr.  

Friends are invited to call on the family on Saturday Jan. 2^nd from 10am -12pm at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Downtown, 602 W. 10^th St.  All CDC guidelines including wearing masks, social distancing and capacity limits will be followed.  A private service with Rev. Charles E. Mock officiating will be livestreamed at 1pm at https://facebook.com/BurtonFuneralHomesAndCrematoryInc.
