Roy Thoms

Roy James Thoms, age 41, of Waterford passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022.

He was born in Erie on August 20, 1980 to Roger Thoms and Wendy C. Lawton Carlson.

Roy attended Fort LeBoeuf High School. He worked in security for Bush Industries. He also worked for Spectrum. He was a member of the Pulaski Club, enjoyed karaoke, wrestling and history.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Walter and Mary Swartz Lawton; paternal grandparents, Frank and Clara Kerli Thoms; uncles, Walter Lawton and Thomas Lawton and aunts, Rosemary Lawton and Judy Lawton.
In addition to his parents, Roy is survived by a brother, Robert Thoms; aunts, Susan Lyndsley (Lawrence) of Waterford, Kathy Lawton and companion Terry Cadwell of Centerville, PA and Shelly Rathbun of Waterford; and an uncle, Charles Lawton (Barbara) of Ripley, NY.
