Roszan Trohoske, age 85, of Millcreek, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at St. Mary’s at Asbury Ridge.
She was born in Erie on January 26, 1934 a daughter of the late James and Frances Trippi Pelican.
Roszan was a 1951 graduate of Technical Memorial High School. She worked in the Accounting Department at Zurn Industries for many years.
Roszan was a member of St. Julia Church and enjoyed shopping, going to lunch, traveling and loved her dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Richard Trohoske, five children, Kimberlee (Jim) Rettberg of Charlotte, NC, Rick (Carol) Trohoske, Jr. of Erie, Cindy (Peter) Gawlik of Strongsville, OH Gregory (Kathy) Trohoske, of Erie, and Sherri (Stephen) Sadden also of Erie. A sister, Min Johnson of Erie, ten grandchildren, one great-grandson, a niece, Dawn Johnson Adler and a nephew, David Johnson also survive.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th Street, (at Powell Avenue,) on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and are invited to attend a prayer service there on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julia Church, 638 Roslyn Avenue, at 11 a.m.
Entombment will be in Calvary Mausoleum.
