Rose Stelmack

Rose Stelmack, age 91, of Erie, passed away Sunday May 30, 2021 at Manchester Presbyterian Lodge.  She was born in Cleveland, OH on October 16, 1929, a daughter of the late Michael and Irene Reiter.  Upon graduation from high school she worked as a bookkeeper, but her greatest job was that of mom and grandmom.

In addition to her parents, Rose was predeceased by her husband William Stelmack in 2006, her daughter Susan Shockey, her sister Mildred McNea and brothers, John Rieter, Joseph Budzar and William Budzar.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Szymanski (Allan) of Fairview, her son in law Jere Shockey, her grandchildren Christopher A. Szymanski (Amy), Michael Szymanski (Jamie) and Sarah Tomic (Brandon), Jake Shockey (Camille) and Jeremy Shockey, and great grandchildren Madelyn Jean Szymanski, Claire Marie Szymanski, Adam Michael Szymanski, Brooke Morgan Shockey and Luka Alton Shockey and several nieces and nephews.
