Ronald Selling

Ronald Robert Selling, age 73, of Erie died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Independence Court following a lengthy illness.

Born January 11, 1941, Ronald was a son of the late Benjamin and Jacobeth Berman Selling.

A graduate of Tech-Memorial, Class of 1960, Ron was a member of Congregation Brith Sholom-Jewish Center and he worked for Erie Metal Stamping. He loved bingo, bowling and especially running the kid’s bowling league at Eastland for over 30 years. He had served in the United States Army and was a member of the VFW, Carl Neff Post 470.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Marilyn Selling.

He is survived by his siblings: Allen Selling (Enid Marcus), Sherwood Selling (Laura); Judy Selling; Barnett Selling (Cynthia). He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. And a special thank you to his caregiver, Odalis Lopez.

Friends are invited to graveside services at CBS Cemetery on Sunday, May 25th at 2:30 pm with Rabbi Leonard Lifshen officiating.
