Ronald Lomax

Ronald Eugene Lomax, age 67, of Erie, died February 17, 2019 at Saint Vincent Hospital.  He was born February 13, 1952, a son of the late Willie Lucas and Jeanette Lomax.

Ron was a graduate of Academy High School and worked as a cook for many restaurants.  He was a happy-go-lucky man and a sports enthusiast, played softball and loved the Cleveland Browns.  He enjoyed music and had a love for jazz and rhythm and blues.  Above all, Ronald was a loving husband and wonderful father.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncles.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Darlene Lomax; children, Megan, Ronnie, Jr. and Rhonda Lomax; brother, Johnnie Lomax and sister, Debbie Lomax.  He is further survived by three grandsons, two granddaughters and one grandchild on the way, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may attend a memorial service at Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 W. 10^th St., Erie, on Friday, February 22^nd at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to the family c/o Burton Funeral Home.
