Robert Orlosky Jr.

Robert S. (Bob’O) Orlosky, Jr , age 74, of Erie passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 28, 1944 in Erie the son of the late Robert and Mary Ann Kramer Orlosky.

Bob served with the US Army during the Vietnam War and later became a computer programmer at E.C.C.A. where he has worked for over 50 years. He was a lifetime member of the Sienbenbuerger club and also was a past member of the Cascade Club. He loved to play golf and horseshoes, and was also a car guy who enjoyed cars and even collected a few. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians sports fan and also loved to tell or hear a great story. Bob’s greatest joy was following the lives and activities of his children and grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra O’Lone Orlosky.

Bob is survived by his wife Karla Hancock Orlosky; a daughter Erin Renee Zambroski and her husband Richard of Erie and a son, Kevin Andrew Orlosky of Alexandria, VA. He is the step father of Eric Shaffer of Erie and Joseph Shaffer of PA, and is the brother of Douglas Orlosky. Bob is further survived by his five grandchildren; Lauren, Alisha and Jonathan Zambroski, and Joseph and Mariah Shaffer.

Friends are invited to call at the Quinn Funeral Home West 9^th & Liberty St. on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and are invited to attend Funeral Services there Friday at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Flowers are graciously declined.
