Robert Maurer

Robert K. Maurer, age 63, of Erie, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital.
He was born in Philipsburg, PA on August 9, 1959 to the late Franklin and Elizabeth (Jones) Maurer. He graduated from West Branch High School, Class of 1977.
Robert loved trains and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates. He loved his dog Missy dearly, and she will miss him.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers; William G. and Harold L. Maurer.
Robert is survived by his sister Helen Eyerly; two nieces, Michele Lechtner (Mark) and Leslie Maurer; two nephews, Kevin Eyerly (Colleen) and Tracy Maurer (Julie).
Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Funeral Home, West Ridge, 3801 West 26th Street on Tuesday, March 21st,2023 at 4:00 pm until a time of prayers at 6:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ANNA Shelter, 1555 E 10th St, Erie, PA 16511.
