Robert Adams

Robert “Bob” L. Adams, age 77, of Erie, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at his residence.

He was born in Erie on November 3, 1943 a son of the late Glenn Roscoe and Irene Smith Adams.

Bob worked for Hallman’s, Erie Protective Coating and Cherry Hill. Bob enjoyed going camping, flea markets and car auctions. He was a family man who dedicated his life to helping people.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Claire Ritter Adams and a brother, Herman Adams.

He is survived by three daughters, Michelle Adams and her husband, Don Ziegler of Girard and Melissa Adams and Sharon Correll and her husband, Stewart, both of Erie, two sons, Robert Adams of Girard and Jarrod Adams of Erie, 14 grandchildren, including Joshua and Jonathan Adams three great-grandchildren and also one surviving sister.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, on Friday, August 13th, 2021 from 3 until the time of service there at 6 p.m. with the Reverend Richard A. Moyer officiating.

Burial will be private.
