Richard Pulliam

Richard Christian Pulliam, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at UPMC Hamot.

He was born on October 13, 1961, in Erie, to Richard Lomax and Rosetta Pulliam.

After graduating from Tech Memorial High School, Richard attended Penn State Behrend University. He would then work for UPMC Hamot and Select Specialty Hospitals. He was an avid sport fan and enjoyed to go fishing. He loved anything having to do with technology, including gaming systems and keeping up with the latest in music trends. Richard was a music lover at heart. Richard was a family person and loved his kids. He was a great dad, uncle and son!

In addition to his father, Richard was preceded in death by his adoptive father, Jimmie Pulliam; his stepfather, Gordon Coleman; a brother, Stephen Coleman, a sister, Stephanie Pulliam and his ex wife Annie Mae Renee Smith.

Richard leaves behind his mother, Rosetta Pulliam; his children, Shalion Brockman, Richard Smith and Shicorie Smith; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Freida Pulliam-Ronzetti and Felicia Britton; nephew, Dorian Pulliam, nieces, Ashley Britton and Tara Pulliam-Carson; and a host of many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
