Richard Klofft

Richard A. Klofft, 57, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at his residence following an extended illness.

Richard was born on April 4, 1964 in Erie, PA a son of Gloria (Rictor) Klofft of Erie & the late Richard A. Klofft.

Rich and Cathy were married in August 1983, together they had two daughters, Christine & Lauren.

He was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School in 1982 and had worked as the Operations Manager for Tool-All for over 40 years.

Rich enjoyed camping with his family every summer at Allegheny State Park. He had a passion for fishing and breeding fish. He absolutely loved Christmas and spending time with his grandchildren. Rich loved putting on firework shows for his family, friends & neighbors every 4th of July. He always loved food shopping and finding a good bargain.

Rich was preceded in death by his father Richard and his two brothers Doug & Randy.

He is survived by wife Cathy of 38 years, his mother Gloria, his two daughters Lauren Klofft & Chrissy (Jerrod) Johnstone, also 6 grandchildren, Dominic, McKenzie, Colin & Leyna. Along with two siblings Shelly Klofft (Gary Page) and Kevin Klofft and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street, on Tuesday July 27, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
