Richard "Nick" Elkovitch

Richard Nicholas "Nick" Elkovitch, age 60, passed away on May 7, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by his children and loved ones.

Richard was born on November 24, 1962 in Tempe, AZ, but was raised in Erie, PA. He was a jack of all trades; he had a deep love of family and an undying devotion to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He lived unabashedly, he craved the simple joys life had to offer and yearned for a life by the beach.

Nick was preceded in death by Darlene, his mother; Richard, his father; and Thomas, his step-father.

He is survived by his long-time partner Lorraine; his children Nicholas, Nathaniel, Nia, and Alexandria; their mothers Natalie and Cheri respectively; his grandchildren Preston, Brayden, Ayva, Shaelynne, Keller, Niara, and Amelia;  his sisters Dodonna, Lisa, and Lynn; his nephews and nieces Joshua, Heather, Dylan, Jasmyne, Jeremiah, Anaya.

Family and friends of Nick are invited to join in honoring his life at a Memorial Service to be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11 am at Burton Quinn-Scott Funeral Home, located at 3801 W 26th Street. Following the service, a Celebration of Life gathering will take place at The Cab, 5442 West Ridge Rd.
