Raymond Vincent

Raymond G. Vincent of Erie, PA passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at home following an extended illness. He was born in Erie Pennsylvania, the son of John (“Jack”) and LuAnn (Stubbe) Vincent and grandson of Raymond & Sylvia Stubbe.  He was a graduate of Academy High School & Penn State University. He was the former owner of RJ’s Pub & was employed for many years by Southern Wines & Spirits in sales & merchandising. He served on the Board of Directors for La Nuova Aurora Society for several years prior to his illness.

He is survived by his wife Laurie (Adelman) Vincent, who he married on October 16, 1994. Also surviving are brother, Kirk Vincent and children Nicholas, John & James Vincent all of Rochester, NY and sister Gail Schultz (Richard) and children Patrick & Alicia Schultz all of Erie, PA.  Mother- in- law Phyllis (Leone) Adelman, Brother-in- law Jeffrey Adelman both of Erie, PA.  Uncles Joseph (Patricia) Leone, Sam Leone, Paul (Barbara) Leone all of Erie, PA. & close friend Russell Betz.

Ray was known for his quiet nature & hard work ethic. He enjoyed yard work, his beloved animals, playing Texas Hold ‘Em, and the occasional stogie when throwing back a few drinks with his close friends.

Friends may call the Quinn Funeral Home 728 West 9th Street Erie, PA on Saturday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm with a Prayer Service to immediately follow. Burial will be private.
