Phyllis Elaine Walburn

Phyllis Elaine Walburn, age 63, passed at UPMC Hamot Hospital on October 31, 2024, after many years of health issues. 

Phyllis was born on March 26, 1961, in Bradford, PA, to the late Norman and Donna (Stewart) Steele. 

She attended Academy High School. Phyllis loved to socialize with family and friends. She enjoyed country music, watching her favorite TV shows and loved cooking for the holidays.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Charlene Blood and brother, Dennis Steele.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her loving husband of 41 years, William O. Walburn and sons, William J. “Billy Joe” Walburn and Chad Walburn. She is further survived by her sisters, Jan Laver (husband Jerry), Jeany Ward and Mary Ellen “Pippy” Neiswonger (husband Kevin) and brothers, Mark Steele, Shawn Ball and Dana Ball.

Friends and family may call at Burton Quinn-Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Downtown, 602 W 10th St., on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 2:00 PM until time of service at 4:00 PM. Burial to be private.
