Paul Klauk

Paul F. “Utz” Klauk, age 65, of Erie, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022 at St. Vincent Health Center.

He was born in Erie on November 24, 1956, the youngest son of the late Herman K. and Helen C. (Koenig) Klauk.

Paul graduated from McDowell High School in 1974 and attended Tri State.

He was a die-hard Cleveland Indians fan; Paul was very laid back and helped anyone in need. His memory of family history and funny stories will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his girlfriend, Nancy Wade; a brother, Mark R. Klauk; his life-long best friends, Michael Starret and Charlie Host; as well as his cat, Spaw.

Paul is survived by his children Todd (Amber) Klauk, Sr. of Missouri and Kim Klauk of Erie; two brothers, Bill Klauk of Erie, Daivd (Beth) Klauk of Edinboro; and a sister, Marcia (David) Richardson of Erie.  He is further survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral arrangements under the direction of Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Downtown, 602 W. 10^th St., Erie.
