Patricia Newman

Patricia A. Newman, age 63, of Erie, died Friday, October 17, 2014 at Select Specialty. Born in New Castle, PA on June 20, 1951 she was the daughter of William and Katherine Irwin. Patricia was a graduate of East High School and worked in food service her entire career having worked at Elby’s, Walmart and Country Fair. She loved to bake cookies, cross-stitch and celebrate the holidays.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two husbands Istvan Docs and Thomas Newman.

She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Docs, of Erie and Julie Hoovler and her husband Ron Kincaid, of Cranesville;

Three grandchildren, Arron (Aubrey) Hoovler, Jesse Hoovler and Amber Hoovler; she is further survived by one great grandchild, Joslyn Hoovler.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 West 10th Street, Erie on Wednesday from 2p.m. until the time of services there at 4p.m.

Burial will be at Whispering Pines Cremation Garden.
