Nicolina Frattaroli DeBacco age 89, of St Mary’s Home of Erie and formerly of Aliquippa and Baden, PA, passed away peacefully January 17, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Bugnara, Italy on March 7, 1924, a daughter of the late Joseph and Grace D’ Eramo Frattaroli.
Nicolina came to America from Italy at the age of 12.
She had worked in retail in a couple Department Stores many years ago.
She loved her family and dogs very much and was an avid reader and a wonderful homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Renadlo E. DeBacco in 1968.
She is survived by a daughter Gracie Bobetich and her husband Peter of Cranberry Twp.; two sons: Anthony J. DeBacco of North East; and Ronald E. DeBacco of Monaca, PA and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may attend a Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s East 607 E. 26th Street, Erie, PA 16504 on Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
Burial in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery of Aliquippa, PA will be private.
