Nicole Glaz

Nicole Marie Glaz age 39, of Millcreek, passed away peacefully at home with her mother by her side on Friday, March 17, 2023.

She was born in Erie on March 28, 1983 the daughter of Kathy Becker of Millcreek and the late Peter P. Glaz, Jr.

Nicole was a 2001 graduate of Villa Maria Academy. She most recently worked at the Creative Learning Childcare Center where she really enjoyed working with children.

She was a very kind and generous person and had an amazing sense of humor. Nicole enjoyed listening to all kinds of music, watching movies and listening to podcasts. She was a collector of many things and enjoyed painting and doing needle point.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandma, Alice Grignol; an aunt, Helen Marie Counts; and her mother’s longtime companion, Tom Tushak.

She is survived by her mother, Kathy Becker; two aunts, Mary Alice Irwin and her husband David and Theresa Marie Chiappazzi and her husband Daniel; grandpa, Ronald W. Grignol; her step-mother, Becky Pruveadenti; step-brother, Jim Pruveadenti; her very good friend, Becca Kuhn; her only godchild, Samantha and many cousins and friends.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge, 3801 W. 26^th Street on Wednesday, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and are invited to attend a service there on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
