Nicholas Salvia

Nicholas Salvia age 64 of Erie, died quietly on July 30, 2014 at St. Vincent Health Center. He was born in Erie, Pa. on November 9, 1949 a son of the late Nick and Theresa Piccirillo Salvia. Nick was a graduate of East High School, served in the US Marine Corp and then worked for many years in transportation for Smith Transport. He was a true NASCAR fan and was a dedicated friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle and aunt; Roy and Rosalie Genis. Nick is survived by a son, Tony Salvia of Zelienople, Pa. and a daughter Vanessa Salvia of Portland, Oregon. He also leaves a granddaughter, Gianna Salvia along with a sister, Terry “Sean” Sullivan and their daughter Ciar Sullivan. His two best friends; Jeff and Mark will sadly miss him.
