Nancy J. (Schultz) Starvaggi, age 70, of Summit Twp., passed away from complications of Alzheimer's Disease on Sunday, July 10, 2022.
She was born in Erie, PA on April 6, 1952, a daughter of the late Edward and Cevilla (Sallot) Schultz.
Nancy was lovingly cared for by her husband and best friend, Ron Starvaggi Sr, until the time of her passing. Ron and Nancy were life-long racing fans. She enjoyed assisting and watching Ron race motorcycles and stock cars at local race tracks. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and pet rabbits, as well as making crafts for local craft shows. She was a member of the Erie Guild of Craftsmen and Red Hat Society.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Yarosh.
Nancy is survived by the love of her life, Ron Starvaggi Sr; a daughter, Jenny (Arlington) Mitchell with her husband David; sons Tommy Gorniak and his wife Raquel; Ron Starvaggi Jr and his wife Leann. She is further survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandson; and many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Friends may call at the Quinn Funeral Home, 728 W. 9th St., on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 4-7pm and are invited to attend funeral services there on Saturday at 11 am with burial to follow at Lakeside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
