Nancy Collier

Nancy F. (Gattuso)  Collier, age 95, of Erie died Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Independence Court. She was born August 16, 1920 in Westfield, NY the daughter of the late Frank and Paulina (Catania) Gattuso.
A longtime resident of Erie, Nancy owned and operated her own beauty shop for over 30 years.
She loved camping and especially the times spent at the Evergreen Lake Park in Conneaut, OH. and she also enjoyed working in her yard and garden.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester (Hank) Collier who died in 2008 and by a brother, Joseph Pannuti.
Nancy is survived by a son, Marc Collier (Holly) of Reading, PA; a grandson, Desmond Collier; a sister, Anne Nemnez of GA and she is the aunt of Malinda Marsh (Richard), Carla Calvert, Jody Wozniak, and Carl Pannuti.
Friends are invited to call at the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, West 9th & Liberty St. on Saturday, April 9th from 10:00 AM until 12 noon when Funeral Services will be held. Burial will be private In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Erie Humane Society, 2707 Interchange Rd., Erie, PA 16506.
