Milton Pertl

Milton Frank Pertl, age 63, of Franklin Center, died Thursday, January 17, 2013, in an automobile accident. Born on April 4, 1949, in Erie, he was a son of Ruth Robison Pertl of Franklin Center and the late Frank Pertl, Jr.

Milton was a graduate of General McLane High School and served in the US Navy. He had been a mail handler with the U.S. Postal Service for 40 years.

In addition to his mother, Milton is survived by three sons: James E. Pertl, Ryan E. Pertl Rory J. Pertl, and a daughter, Carrie Pertl, all of Erie; two brothers: Randy Pertl of Franklin Center and Rodger Pertl of NY; his former wife, Dianne Pertl of Erie, as well as one niece and two nephews.
