Michelle Geisler

Michelle Geisler, age 53 of Platea, loss her battle with cancer on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at St. Vincent Health Center.

She was born in Erie on May 10, 1971, a daughter of Thomas and Sharon Gutowski Kirsopp of Platea.

Michelle graduated from Northwestern High School in 1989 and had worked as a receptionist for JH Bennett and Go Mini Storage for several years.

She loved kayaking, crafting, and collecting beach glass. She was very social and loved being with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son William Geisler; a sister Fawn Walker and her husband Travis; a brother Thomas Kirsopp, Jr.; two grandsons: Chistopher and Everett; and two nieces: Kylie and Alexis.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. Girard.
