Michael Scott “Bone” Ridinger age 54, of Findley Lake, NY died Wednesday April 5, 2023, as a result of an accident.
He was born in Dunkirk, NY on March 14, 1969, a son of the late Catherine Ann Carlson Ridinger.
Mike was a graduate of Mayville High School, he was a talented carpenter in the area, and many are blessed to live within the walls of his amazing work. He worked construction and maintenance his entire life. Many years were spent working for Peek N Peak Ski Resort where he had many friends.
Bone was quiet but he loved hanging out with his friends. He was happiest when vacationing with his closest friends. Whether lying on the beach or riding UTV or four wheelers, he had a big smile and never wanted to go home.
The last few years were difficult on him, and his friends did everything they could to keep him going. Today, he is God’s hands, with no more worries or pain. He is safe at home and peaceful.
In addition to his mother, Mike is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sara Carlson.
He is survived by a brother, Mark (Melinda) Ridinger; two nieces, Allison (Austin) Tucker and Rachel (Tyler) Michael; a great nephew, Alexander Michael; an aunt, Mary Carlson and many cousins.
